Hi! Welcome everyone to Sunrisetheme dedicated support system. First of all, thank you so much for purchasing our theme from Themeforest. Supporting all of our customers who have purchased our product is very important to us and we always desire to provide you with the best customer services. We do this because we care about our customers and want to assist them during the process of experiencing our themes. We will attempt to provide the most efficient and effective support possible, within our support guidelines.

What you should do first

What’s Included in Item Support

  • All items purchased include 6 months support from the purchase date
  • When purchasing, you will have the option to purchase extended item support, increasing the item support period up to a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Item version updates
  • Our availability to provide item support
  • Answering technical questions about item’s features
  • Assistance with reported bugs and issues
  • Help with included third party assets

What’s Not Included in Item Support

  • Item customization
  • Installation of the item
  • Hosting, server environment, or software
  • Help from authors of included third party assets

Item Support Schedule

We will try our best to support you as soon as possible, this is not always possible due to different timezones and a large amount of support, we will reply to your issue during 24 – 48 hours. Our working time is 8am – 5pm (GMT+7) from Monday to Friday. On weekends, Sat-Sun, reply times can be up to 48 hours, however we will try to support faster than that.

Our Important Note

  • Support only deals with installation of the theme, features available by default, bug fixes, and small modifications within one or two lines of code. We do not offer support for any third party plugins’ problems.
  • You have to understand that you buy the item as it is. If you want it to look or function different than what you see in the online demo you need to understand that this is not covered by basic support. We are willing to give small tips and advices. But if your requests are coming one after the other and you don’t have the slightest clue of what CSS or HTML is, your best bet is to contact the Our Services Team. They will be very helpful.
  • Post as much information as you can on your requests: links and screenshots. Provide us with all the information you can give! Confidential info can always be sent by private tickets.
  • If you add another comment on your ticket before we reply to your initial one, your ticket will be pushed down the list. This is because we are replying to all tickets in the order that they arrive into our ticketing system. Thank you for your patience.
